Spices are a great addition to a healthy diet. Some recipes are just not very flavorful and need an extra kick. I realize we should be eating for nutrition and not flavors but that’s not fun. Therefore, spice it up. There are so many spices with/without salt. Mrs. Dash brand spices are pretty awesome.
